Concha Julián (PhD.) is Education Adviser at the Spanish Embassy Education Office in the United Kingdom, in London. She has been a teacher of English, a head of department of English language and a Deputy Head at different CLIL Secondary Schools in Sevilla. She has been working as a teacher at the University of Seville and at the University Pablo de Olavide (Sevilla), where she currently teaches in the Master on Bilingual Education. She has also been the former Local Education Head of Andalusian Plurilingualism Scheme at Seville Local Education Authority and educational adviser at the In-Service Teacher Training Centre (CPD) in Alcalá de Guadaíra (Sevilla). Her expertise on European projects comes from having been an external expert and evaluator with the European Commission for the previous Lifelong Learning Programme and the new Erasmus+. She has also been involved in Study Visits, Grundtvig and Comenius projects (Lifelong Learning Programme) and in projects KA2 Strategic Partnerships of the current Erasmus+ Programme.
